Suggestions for Member Management
- Create a Flow that automatically expires members when their end date is passed.
- Update the workflows to automatically send 30- and 10-day email reminders to renew to members.
- With so many members -- and the fact that we no longer have tiers of members, it may be more efficient to have an annual renewal drive every year, asking members to update their information through a link in an email.
- Delete the Update this Record field. Unless there is a frequent and ongoing updating process, these checkboxes are not relevant.
Contact Report: All Members, all fields
- Excluded the deceased Members
- 8,214 Members
- Members with End Dates before Today: 3565 (only three marked as Expired)
- Members with End Dates after Today: 5200
- Contacts not empty - all
- Emails Missing: 1,598 (6 have emails on the contact record but not Membership)
