Membership Renewal Forms
1. "Imported Form (2022/04/26)" - has the first page of the Membership Form

I archived the Membership - Archived form.
Membership Form: Work to do
?: "I have had a membership with WSA in the past." - What do we want to do with this? Is there any action that needs to be taken? Do I need to look for that membership?
Primary Contact Looks Fine
Additional Contact (Parent or Other)
1. FN and LN
2. Same address checkbox - This should be the clue to putting this individual into the same household with the Primary Contact.
3. Address fields: Are they the same as the Primary? If so, create HH with both. In not, create HH for this individual only.
4. Relationship to Primary and to WS Individual - how are we using this?
Individual with Williams Syndrome
1. See #2 above. Should get the same HH as Primary if in the same address. Do we want to put them into the HH no matter what?
2. Add Primary Language Spoken
3. Add Ethnic Identity
Changes to Connector to do
1. Search for the secondary contact. Skip if FN and LN are BLANK.
2. Needs more field mapping. Also needs to be put into the Primary Contact's Household if the address is the same, or if the box is checked.
3. Test the relationships to make sure they are all being created as we want them to be created.
4. (3.1) - Connects Indiv with WS to Primary Contact. (I think the Professional part needs to be deleted.)
5. (3.2) - Connects the Indiv with WS to the Secondary Contact.
6. Update Membership Record
All this needs to be tested!
