1. Go to Setup

2. Search for Release Updates and find Enable ICU Locale Formats on the list of Updates.

3. Click on Get Started.

Note: It is advised that you first test the update on a Sandbox before enabling it on Production.

4. Click on Enable Test Run and you are DONE!
