Comebacker Process
1. Prospective Comebacker(CB) fills out the FormAssembly inquiry form found on the website.
3. FormAssembly processes the inquiry form, either updating an existing contact or creating a new contact record.
4. The system, using Flow Automation, sends an email to the prospective Comebacker with a link to the "Get a Jump Start" Details form, AND offers a link to schedule an intake meeting with a Navigator.
The Calendly link needs to be updated. The link to the Jump Start form works, but the form comes up in Salesforce. May not be a problem, but I'd like to see it come up in a more "normal" place.
5. CB clicks the "Get a Jump Start" form (at the moment titled "Individual seeking more education - Details" but probably should be changed to something shorter. ) The form opens with the fields filled in that are on the contact page.
6. CB clicks on the Schedule an Intake meeting with a Navigator link. The link takes the CB to the first available time with any of the three Navigators.
7. At the intake meeting, the Navigator fills in the fields that are not completed. If the CB filled out the "Jump Start" form, there will be information in the fields filled out by the CB.
8. The Navigator or System Administrator changes the Owner of the Comebacker record to the Navigator who will be following the CB's progress.

If you don't see the user you want to transfer the record ownership to, add the name in the "Search Users" Box.
Change Contact Owner
Search Users for the User in the system who will be the new owner of the record.
Check the "Send Notification Email" checkbox
Click Change Owner
