1. Potential Comebacker fills out a simple inquiry form from the website.
2. Two emails go out: one says that your inquiry has been received. The second names the advisor who will be contacting them to schedule an intake appointment, and also asks if they'd like to get a start with the intake form. If so, click on this link. The link takes them to a two-form intake form. The first asks for their FirstName and Lastname and Email. These will have been recorded on records in Salesforce when the inquiry form is submitted.
3. If the Comebacker clicks the link, they will first see the Verification Form, which ensures that the proper Comebacker is filling in this form.
4. When the Comeback clicks "Next", they go to the form that has all the fields that make sense for them to fill out to get a kick-start on their journey to a new career or a new diploma, etc.

These will be used when the Comebacker hits "Next" on the form, the form will go to Salesforce and prefill these fields on the next form, which will have all the fields we want them to fill out.

Only include the fields that are inside the purple fence. (Leave off Age, Family Annual Income and Criminal Record)

This is a multi-select list in SF. In FA, it will probably be a set of checkboxes.
