Hey, started this as a document to send to Salesforce to log a case with them. Then I checked and saw you have Apsona. GREAT! See below for a start on training you how to do Apsona reporting.

I'm logged in as my client.
I have given her all the reporting permissions with a Permission Set.

• Training Provider and Training Program are in the Field Dependencies on the Colleges/Students custom object.
• When I save the report, I get Field Editing Enabled and click that box.
• If I click Edit, I'm taken back to the report, where I cannot edit any fields.
• I do not have Accessibility Mode checkbox checked.
• I have made this contact Manager of all the Report Folders in the Organization.

• When trying to edit this report, the only way, signed in as my client, I can access the fields to update is when the report is saved and I click the Field Editing Enabled box. But I can't change some dates, while I can change others.  
• When working with dependent fields, I can complete the box shown below but not Training Provider/Training Program.
• The client would like to make changes so that she doesn't have to go one-by-one through the records.
