Capital Campaign asks for a pledge...recurring donation -- monthly quarterly annually.

Thank you for every payment for the capital campaign. If we are going to do this, need to base the process on payments, not donations.

Total pledge amt, and amt paid towards the pledge needs to be in the email. (Info is in the Recurring donation object for this.)

Are these all still needed? Do the ones that are still needed say what we want them to say?

Check out the Merge Fields, to make sure they are pulling from the right fields.

There are not a lot of Workflow Rules to go with the Email Alerts, but let's head on over to Process Builder and see what's there.

From easiest to most complicated: Workflow Rules with actions, Process Builder, Flows. (Flows are the future, so you might want to start on a learning path with them.)

In order: Automatic Recurring donation ack, Donations Ack,

• Trish Tasks: Move the Ananda field for email acknowledgement to Salesforce fields using Apsona
• Holly: Primary Contact needs to be added as the Dear [to] in the Classic Email Templates

Change Record Type to Resident Share.

Change this to SF email ack date field

Look at 2020 to make sure this field is populated
