Program Management Overview
This diagram shows us all the objects that are part of the Program Management Module.
- A Contact (Client) is added to a specific Program in the Program Management box.
- From Program Management, the Client is added to the Service Participant box.
Programs
Program Management at Olive Support Services first of all divides the broad offerings of the organization into three parts:

We'll focus on the Classes for our clients.
Services
Each type of class, Salesforce's Program Management, is a Service. Below are the Services offered at OSS.

Each class offering shows the Program is it associated with, as well as the unit of measurement (how will we count each of these services when we deliver them to the clients?) and a status.

Service Schedules
On the Services Page, there are three related lists: Service Schedules, Service Participants and Service Deliveries. Let's start with Service Schedules.
The Service Schedule sets us a particular set of our Anger Management Classes. We know, from the name, all we need to know about when the class is offered, and who is teaching it. Hovering over one of the Service Schedules gives us more info:
Work with Services Schedules for our classes and students
Click on the Service Schedule to set up a class...or add a student or delete a student from a class.
The Service Schedules have been set up. By setting the First Session Start and End times, the Frequency, the Days of the Week and the trigger that will end the schedule, we create the different class sessions. These have been created for 100 sessions, but that limit can be extended.

Service Sessions
These are created from the Service Schedule object. To find them, go to the Service Schedule.

Service Participants
This is also where we add Service Participants - that is, students, to this particular class. See Add a Student to a Class.
