Add someone to a class

In the Contact record, the Class Interest section indicates which classes should be included for this client. The Requested Services textbox contains information about the mandated number of sessions and the days of the week preferred.

Let's add Danna SpiroTEST to an anger management class. She is hoping we have room in a Tuesday or Thursday class.

In the tabline, click on Service Schedules to find the class for the client.

All Services have been pinned in this tab. If yours still reads "Recently Viewed," use the down arrow to change it to All and click the pushpin to pin it to your view. There are two Anger Management classes on Thursdays. Click on the class day/time that best fits into the schedule for the client.

Use WEDO for the Service Participant name. Look up the contact -- in this case Danna -- and find the Service (Anger Management Class) in the Service box. Signup Date, Status and Service Schedule are filled in by default.

The enrollment in the specific class shows up on the Contact page as Service Participant. All the classes that Danna attends will be on the contact record's related list. When the status changes, we'll change it on this record.
