I don't understand why the survey parameter is missing. I don't understand why it disable the Sandbox mode. I don't see sandbox mode enabled anywhere.

Why is this not running? I have no responses logged for this form.

These fields are inexplicably and persistently not being autopopulated by prefill.

Adds Duplicates to the system, making their Account = their daughter's High School.

The Graduation Class and Preferred Pronoun fields are STILL not being populated when the Parent opens the Form.

I don't understand why the answer to "What is your race/ethnicity" is populating the next answer along with that answer.

The formatting makes this response unreadable.
