Added CMA to Sibling's High School field
Added to NLS 2020-21 Sophomore Application Form - There is only one HS on this form that is editable. The section Step Two: Student Information is not editable (presumably comes from SF as prefill.)
On Page 5 of this form, the button says "Go to Final Step" but I don't see any forwarding information.
Form is prefilled with School.
This form is populated from a Prefill Connector, and is made available when the Show Form Academic Year and/or the Show Form Advisor Contact checkboxes are checked. Otherwise the form is not available.
It prefills from the CoFoSis Academic Year Object and from the Survey Object in Salesforce.
Application Advisor Selection
No "School" Field on this form. It seems to be totally prefilled. It is also showing up as Unavailable.
Admin Student Selection Approval Form
This form is prefilled with info presumably from SF.
No mention of the school on this process

This is a process flow chart of the whole process. No schools to fill in here.
In Process Application Advisor Form
Do we know who the advisors are for CMA? This needs to be set up.

This A02 NLS Application Student Confirmation has this merge field at the end. Not sure what that will be used for, but it's probably useful.

Recipient Selection Process Emails
This one goes out to the advisor, and includes a link to the Advisor Selection Form.
Includes School Name from Salesforce in the Form Submission Object? Form Submission object is the full text of the FormAssembly Form.
Conclusion re: Emails
The Emails have links to Form Submission records, and the Academic Year Object's Forms. Other than one date, I don't see how I can update them for use in the next academic year. It looks like they are updated elsewhere.
The editing instructions are aimed at changing, for example, the From Email Address or editing the wording on the emails. There is no info here about editing these for future years.
