The last attempt shows looking up the contact and not finding them or the account. (I had the wrong birthdate. Fixed that and...)
Coordinator Information
Changed the email and the language preference, and the coordinator was updated.
Added the CBO field for the Coordinator.

Here are the two connectors on the Parent Mentor Details page. Looks like the Prefill Connector is working. It's finding the contact and the account of the Coordinator. It is filling in the info for the school and the coordinator on the page.
On the Parent Mentor Details Page: School and Coordinator are Prefilled.
