Create Organization

Fill in all the fields I can

But it's not all that important, since I communicate with the primary contact mainly by Basecamp

Add the Primary Contact

Save the contact, then save the org

Then Create a Primary Affiliation between contact & org

Click primary on Affiliation

Log the Prospect call

Create Task to send Invoice, etc.

Create Order

Add Order Product

Choose Price Book

Check the box and Next

Add Quantity, Save

Add Contract Hours to Order

Create Opportunity

No screenshot here, but this now is part of the new client process.

Create Invoice

Standard Invoice

Create a new folder for Invoice, etc.

Add Invoice, updated Contract and W-9 to the folder

Replace old Contract w new name

Upload the Invoice to Order

Add it to the Organization as well.

Email To new client

Org is already in Gmail, needs new folder

Move to new folder

Gmail > Settings > Labels > (in this case, I'm looking in Hot Leads so I can move it to Clients - Current)

Create a Toggl Project

Add a new client

Note Toggl Project = Order Name in SF
